The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts counselling for 15% AIQ seats in government medical colleges, 100% seats in central institutions (AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, AFMC), and 100% of deemed university seats. For 2026, MCC is expected to conduct 3 online rounds plus a stray vacancy round.

Your NEET All India Rank (AIR) is used for MCC AIQ counselling. Your state merit rank is used for 85% state quota seats, which are filled by respective state counselling authorities (RUHS for Rajasthan, CETCELL for Maharashtra, etc.).
